Preparation

Either freeze sliced strawberries, slice frozen strawberries, or buy frozen sliced strawberries.

Making Instance Ice Cream

Mix the sugar, half and half, and vanilla extract into the blender and pulse until the sugar has dissolved. Add half of the frozen strawberries and pulse until liquified.

At this point, you should have the consistency of a strawberry milkshake. Add the other cup of sliced frozen strawberries and pulse the blender until the ice cream is thick. If the ice cream isn't thick to your liking, add additional strawberries just a few at a time until you achieve your desired consistency.
