- 2 Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
- 5 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 4 tsp Key Lime Juice
- 1 pinch Lime Zest
- 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
No Bake Key Lime Cheese Cake
Just like the no bake key lime pie, but this one cools in the fridge and has a thicker filling.
In a measuring cup or small bowl, mix the condensed milk, key lime juice, cream cheese, and lime zest. Spoon the key lime filling into the two pre-made mini pie crusts and chill for about 2 to 4 hours until firm.
Pro tip: 4 teaspoons is 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon.
