- 1/2 cup Ice
- 1 cup Baby Kale
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Cocoa
- 5 Cherries
Dark Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
A quick, delicious, and healthy snack, breakfast, or lunch alternative. Not bad as a desert beverage either!
Add all of the ingredients into a personal sized blender and blend thoroughly! I like maraschino cherries . . . and I don't skimp on the juice. :)
If you want more volume, throw in a banana. It'll thicken it up without dramatically impacting the flavor.
That's it. Really delicious, full of super foods, and simple to prepare.
If you have trouble getting the ice to blend (or you just don't have enough room) add it after the rest of it liquifies. If you're having trouble getting it to liquify, add a little water.
